A. Two violins, a viola and a cello.

Q. How early should I book the musicians?

A. Professional planners suggest nine months in advance.

Q. What if I know nothing about musical selections?

A. That’s where we come in. We have suggestions we know work and also a commonly requested list that people find helpful.

Q. How do I book the musicians?

A. Simply pay a deposit followed by a signed contract from both parties.

Q. Are outdoor venues an option?

A. Absolutely, but take into account some special considerations. Musicians and their valuable instruments need to be under cover. Also make sure they are located in a performance position that won’t compromise the star of the show, and carry excellent sound quality.
